We exclusively represent and manage the careers of authors writing fiction for children, from first readers through middle grade to sophisticated teen fiction.
The name says it all. Greenhouse aims to nurture and grow to full maturity
the talent of exceptional writers. I have worked with many, many authors on both sides of the Atlantic, and I know that starting out can be daunting.
With an emphasis on working creatively with clients, Greenhouse can help writers develop their unique voice and focus their work – and then be their advocate, ambassador and long-term partner through the whole publishing process and beyond.

The Greenhouse is a full-service literary agency exclusively for authors of fiction for children and young adults. With offices in Washington DC and London, Greenhouse sells direct to American and British publishers. Foreign rights are handled by Rights People – a specialist children’s rights-selling business with a fast-growing reputation for selling literary properties around the world.
We also have excellent contacts within film and TV, and for sales of other subsidiary rights. Greenhouse and Rights People are both part of Working Partners, which has a highly successful international track record for creating children’s fiction.
