A piercing look at the online world, and at the perceptions it creates that don’t always reflect reality.

Sixteen-year-old Skye Mathews has big plans to get out of a boring after school job by landing the summer internship of her dreams in Senator Watson’s campaign office. But when the exposure of a sexy screenshot from a silly party video threatens to ruin her life, Skye must give in to the pressure from an anonymous blackmailer and complete increasingly disturbing tasks.  Worst of all, Skye soon realizes that the strange demands are coming from someone she knows. And trusts.

Reminiscent of Hitchcock’s Rear Window, Skye’s story is interspersed with insightful glimpses into the lives of others via their own online activity.
