Hi Chelsea! My best wishes you are all staying safe during these uncertain times. I know Chelsea is closed to queries, and possibly reopening in the fall. I’m planning on sending my query when you reopen. My question was if you respond to all queries, or if we don’t get a response after X number of weeks, we should consider it a pass?
